Eastern Ravens Trust

Eastern Ravens Trust is a local registered children's charity, run by Young Carers Project Coordinator Tracey Hamilton. The organization aims to support children and youths from the Stockton area, who are experiencing social isolation.

Founded in 1961, Eastern Raven has a long-standing history of supporting youths. Nowadays, the charity works with two specific projects:

•  Linking Young People Into The Community
